Booking Appointments

• All treatments are by appointment only.
• Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments when necessary. Clients will be given as much notice as possible in such cases.
• We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling.

Cancellations and No-Shows

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
• No-shows without prior notice may be charged the full fee for the missed appointment.

Payments

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.
• We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, and bank transfers.
• A receipt can be provided upon request for insurance or personal record-keeping.
